Why a 25+ meme ?

Being a slightly older kpop and kdrama fan I (and a few others with me) always get a little disappointed by the friending memes.
Lots of 12-17ish year olds.  Nothing wrong with being that age (it's wonderful), but someone 25+ or even 35+ can get a bit
discouraged by it. At least that's how it is for me.
I suspect there might be lots of older fans, like me, who feel like that. If you're 25+ - 35+ you really don't have much in common with a
16 year old.That's a fact. It always keeps me from participating in the memes, thinking what's the use ?I'm thinking there might be more fans out there feeling the same way. So therefore the 25+ cut off. Also since this is a 25+ meme please only participate if you're in fact 25 or older !

Also this meme doesn't have a deadline. No need to comment within the first 5 mins after posting (though you're welcome to do so).
There's time zones and I assume most 25+ y.o. have college,work and families to deal with (that pesky real life !)

YES! THIS! I whine constantly about how much I wish Sungmin would leave SuJu and be a solo artist so I can pay more attention to him and give him all the love I have for him! haha He could do sooooo much better than the crap they churn out. Ah I think I'm going crazy over here. But in a good way! I've never found anyone else with this opinion. XD

aww I love B2ST~ But yes, Yoseob is definitely the cutest.

I have so many zombie AU fic ideas it's not funny. I have to rebuild my library, actually. I lost a lot of my books due to an unexpected move a few years ago. Lost a lot of my zombie books. =( I really need to get some more though because I'm more or less out of zombie movies to watch.

The only other person I know who feels this way is my RL friend H, so to find someone else is so fantastic, OMG. One of the things I hate about a lot of SJ fans is the fact that many of them seem to think that Sungmin isn't good at anything/shouldn't be there/etc. And I'm like, BUT. He's good at basically everything, it's just that everyone else overshadows him. Which is why I want him to gtfo of SJ/SM and go be awesome, because I know he is.

I made the mistake (not really a mistake) of getting into CNBlue, and that ruined me for most kpop bands. #fail I still like Yoseob, though. And LOVE your icon.

Aww. I wrote Sungmin/Kangin zombie AU that's never seen the light of day, along with pro cyclists + zombies (massive AU). Oh, man! That's a huge bummer. I'm really into the YA stuff, two of my favorite zombie books are the Newsflesh serise by Mira Grant and Dearly, Departed by Lia Habel.

A lot of SuJu fans are also complete psychotic lunatics, so there ya go. lol To be honest I'm not at all surprised that the only member I like is the member a lot of SuJu dislike. In fact, I think it's rather funny. XD

haha CNBlue? I like a few of their songs but I never really got into them. I think FT Island is way better... plus I'm not creeped out by any of them. The guitarist in CNBlue... he's creepy. lol

Dude, seriously. That was my RL friend's reaction about us liking Sungmin. Of course, her favorite member of SJ is Han Geng -- which says a lot about us, LOL. :D

Jonghyun or Yonghwa, because Yonghwa is ... IDEK. My bias is Jungshin, who plays bass (see icon) ... and also looks a little bit like Hyun Joong (which is why one of my tumblr tags for photos of Jungshin is Leader Jr).

Ahh so Creepy Guitarist is Jonghyun, huh? I guess I must just not like guys named Jonghyun. haha I like Yonghwa okay but I do think the drummer is adorable. I'm mostly pretty neutral when it comes to them, really.

Could be? Here's Jonghyun in my icon. I am excited about his new drama, though. The drummer, Minhyuk, is SO adorable. He's so adorable it hurts, even when his character was being super annoying in Heartstrings.

Ahh Finally I know the drummer's name! information I could have easily looked up on my own but didn't care enough to do so! hahaha He is adorable. Clearly, though, I don't know anything about him. XD I didn't know he was in "Heartstrings". I hadn't been planning on watching that, but I started considering it after I finally watched "You're Beautiful". It's on the short list now.

Hahahaha. No, I kind of understand what you mean. I think he's kind of attractive, but IDK. I hope he's good in A Gentlemen's Dignity, because I am DYING for that drama. DYING, I tell you.

LOL! Minhyuk is just cute as a BUTTON. But let me warn you about his character in Heartstrings. He goes wonky and you really hope he'll sort himself out, but ... don't get your hopes up. That being said, I really liked that drama, even if I thought it dragged itself on for two episodes longer than it needed. BUT. I recommend it all the time because it's so sweet that I developed cavities from watching it ;)

Finally someone who kinda understands! My ex-roommate used to just laugh at me and call me crazy. Every time CNBlue was performing on a music show she'd go "Oh look, there's your boyfriend!" while I would growl at him to quit trying to steal my soul with his creepy eyes. *LOL* Like, he is attractive and I actually think his voice might be a little better than Yonghwa's, but I just can't with his eyes! @_@

Wonky Minhyuk? I'm even more intrigued now. I think I might watch it this weekend.

LOL that's how my friend is about my liking/not-liking TOP (though that's all changed now, with those damn Big Bang feelings). His voice is SO good. When I was watching one of my dvds, before I could tell their voices apart, I was like hot damn when I realized it was Jonghyun singing. Maybe he's not that good and he's just sucked our souls away, leaving us thinking he is ;)

It has to do with, um, romance. But hopefully you'll enjoy the drama as much as I did. :D

Woo! The first episode is kind of rough getting started, but once it gets going, you'll develop a lot of cavities, because she show is so sweet. And as an aside, my favorite character isn't either of the two leads or Minhyuk, jsyk. I'll tell you who it is once you've gotten into it.

The thing I discovered about Hulu Plus is that all of the KDramas on Hulu aren't available on anything but the internet on your computer, which is laaaaaaaaaaaaaame. But whatever. I have DramaFever. XD And Netflix. hehe

Do you have an HD tv? 'Cause I got an HDMI cable. If your laptop has the right slot and you have an HD tv it should have one, too, and then you hook up through that. HDMI cables can be pricey though. @_@ Pain in the ass. But so worth the money. I hook up my laptop to watch DF, live streams of the music shows, and idol shows on Youtube (even though I could just use Smart Hub for Youtube, the search function isn't the same and it takes forever to type something out with the remote control @_@).

I got lucky with some back payment that disability owed me so I splurged. Plus since I was so "OMG I CAN'T SPEND THIS MUCH MONEY ALL AT ONCE! *panic attack*" the sales guy knocked off an extra $100 off the sale price so I got it like for like $300 less than what it was worth and my friend bought the warranty for me. I was seriously freaked out buying it. I don't spend that much money at once. Hell, I don't HAVE that much money once! Totally new experience for me and it was terrifying. lol

heh My mom would tell you to buy one from HSN 'cause then you can make payments with FlexPay instead of shoveling out all that money all at once. My mom's obsessed with HSN. hahaha
