Why a 25+ meme ?

Being a slightly older kpop and kdrama fan I (and a few others with me) always get a little disappointed by the friending memes.
Lots of 12-17ish year olds.  Nothing wrong with being that age (it's wonderful), but someone 25+ or even 35+ can get a bit
discouraged by it. At least that's how it is for me.
I suspect there might be lots of older fans, like me, who feel like that. If you're 25+ - 35+ you really don't have much in common with a
16 year old.That's a fact. It always keeps me from participating in the memes, thinking what's the use ?I'm thinking there might be more fans out there feeling the same way. So therefore the 25+ cut off. Also since this is a 25+ meme please only participate if you're in fact 25 or older !

Also this meme doesn't have a deadline. No need to comment within the first 5 mins after posting (though you're welcome to do so).
There's time zones and I assume most 25+ y.o. have college,work and families to deal with (that pesky real life !)

and Kim HyunJoong is flawless and I love his 4Dness and tend to mother over him and get super protective/defensive when people say anything bad about him...hehe

I never realized how much working in a library is like working retail, but I'm really glad I worked in retail first. I don't envy you, working at Target. I worked in a department store (Younkers) and it sapped my life blood.

I have always done front desk related things. Ugh, people! I don't even like them.

A+ on that rant. I think that because he's not like most kpop idols, people tend to treat him differently, idk if it's like that in Korea or just with international fans. But I like that he's different and speaks his mind.

I remember reading about that. I can sort of, maybe a tiny bit, understand where Triple S worries are coming from, but still. It's so overdramatic. but then again, that's part of kpop/fandom/etc. But, ugh. D:

I feel like Jaejoong has his own set of huge-ass issues and probably their friendship is a mess. But then again, that seems to be the kind of friendships that Jaejoong has (see: Park Yong Ha).

I do quite like JYJ, but it's a very complicated relationship . And I have a couple of friends who are DBSK./TVXQ-only fans who really don't like (resent, etc) JYJ, so it doesn't bother me at all. Plus, there are several members of Super Junior who I wish would go away for a very long time -- so I understand!

I used to like JYJ a lot more than I do, and I think I wouldn't mind if they just did their own things instead of staying together (also, JYJ super fans scare me). And, of course, the reason I can like them is because of this post on how to be a fan of problematic things.

their songs don't do anything for me...their vocals haven't improved(from what I hear, Chun is destroying his even more), and they sound the same.

I prefer homin because there is definite and clear improvement as well as an evolution in their sound...but they still sound like TVXQ...

and I only like maybe half of SuJu now anyway...^^;;;

I like In Heaven, but mostly I like Junsu's voice. I said to a friend of mine yesterday, while we were watching RtP, that Mickey should just stop singing and become an actor. And IDEK about Jaejoong.

Homin never really did anything for me, but then again, neither did DBSK when they were five instead of two. We like what we like and IDK.

LOL that's more than I like. I've ended up like Yesung, Sungmin and Eunhyuk, with a side of Kangin sometimes (but mostly only in fic I write).
