Why a 25+ meme ?
Being a slightly older kpop and kdrama fan I (and a few others with me) always get a little disappointed by the friending memes.
Lots of 12-17ish year olds. Nothing wrong with being that age (it's wonderful), but someone 25+ or even 35+ can get a bit
discouraged by it. At least that's how it is for me.
I suspect there might be lots of older fans, like me, who feel like that. If you're 25+ - 35+ you really don't have much in common with a
16 year old.That's a fact. It always keeps me from participating in the memes, thinking what's the use ?I'm thinking there might be more fans out there feeling the same way. So therefore the 25+ cut off. Also since this is a 25+ meme please only participate if you're in fact 25 or older !
Also this meme doesn't have a deadline. No need to comment within the first 5 mins after posting (though you're welcome to do so).
There's time zones and I assume most 25+ y.o. have college,work and families to deal with (that pesky real life !)

I like the bands you listed (even if I'm bad with knowing Suju and CN Blue members, feel free to into them to me though ) and I'm following Young Saeng's solo career as well (actually I follow all the ss501 solo careers though I'm paying a bit more attention to YS, Kyu Jong and Hyung Jun than to HyunJoong and JungMin) .
I know absolutely nothing about Taiwanese pop music but it would be fun to find out :D
sometimes it sucks feeling old (at 34, omg).
Imagine how *I* feel ... I'm 39 >.< . You'll feel young around me ! :p
Most friending meme's I didn't even get past the first 3 comments or so ... I don't want 15 year olds as friends (and I'm sure they wouldn't want someone their mum's age as their friend either, very uncool)
I feel your pain about not being able to talk to anyone about kpop ... I tried with one RL friend and she was nice about it but .. yeah. And most others frown upon it (which is their loss, but it still sucks) or just make stupid remarks.

Though I probably (ab)use "LOL" too much myself ... it's just that I find it nicer sounding than hahaha or hehehe.
Anyway, we have a few groups in common and you seem very interesting so I'd love to add you.
Oh and I wouldn't be able to watch all the dramas on a computer screen either. I used to put the on a USB and watch via my DVD player. I recently got a 'media player' and that makes things even better to watch :D

I won't call me an expert, but okay~ XD and Shinhwa should save your life XD and I don't think it's sooo difficult to name them. I learnt them really fast (for my level of naming members right XD)

I don't think the comeback of SS501 will be so soon (and they're 5 members, not 3 :p), not this year I think, but it should be good when they eventually do make their comeback !
I'm really bad with names. Any names, but Korea doesn't help with their names being all the same ! LOL
Anything special you like for kdrama ? Do you have a list of what you want to watch ? Maybe there's something on there I already watched and can tell you if I liked it or not.

I'm okay with SS501 not having a comeback this year as long as they're come back in the future XDD but it would be awesome if it would be this year T__T XD

oh yes.. SuJu.. my love helped me to learn them, but before I knew everyone I was like "aww no, I'm not interestes in you" XD but now I'm able to name them XDD but it's quite difficult, when there are so many members in a group XD Sometimes I learnt them fast but that's only because they look different XD but then, there are groups (like BAP XD) where they all look the same and then I get frustrated XDD
oh, this one was recommend by another friend as well, but I think I would go and watch "Flower Boy Ramyun Shop" first XDD (since I wanted to watch this one anyway XDDD)

What can we find in your LJ (private/fan stuff etc) / how much do you post: I used to post a lot but at the moment my journal is really quite. I work many nightshifts and because of that I have not much time to write entries x,x I try to be better but since we are moving at the moment it's really hard. But I check my friendspage everyday and try to comment !
When I post I post about everything...personal stuff, fangirling, sometimes pictures^^
Other interests (can be fandoms or hobbies or anything else):> I love to cook and bake ! I can't wait until we moved out and I have finally my very very own kitchen and can cook and bake what and as much as I want XD I love to crochet (amigurumi most of the time), I love books but because of work I also have not much time to read x,x I love to photograph (but I'm not good), I'm a gamer girl (but no Diablo 3 for me atm TT) I love to paint and draw, playing around with photoshop (but I suck)...being creative in general^^
What kind of friends are you looking for: Basically everyone, but same interests would be nice of course x3 I love weird people, because I am very weird XD; I also love to be childish and talk about childish stuff with my friends^^

I should post about my epic love of CNBlue at some point. I actually like ss501 more than SJ (I have A LOT of issues with SJ), but I like certain things about them. :X Young Saeng is totally one of my biases and I love his music and I've totally preordered his new album, because I'm a crazy person. I like Kyu Jong's music too (and totally thought he was gonna be my bias, but I was SO WRONG). I like the other members, but I have this great fondness for Leader (I got into the habit of calling him that instead of Hyun Joong) and I downloaded all of his WGM episodes :X :X
Oh, man. It's going to be so much fun. My favorite mandopop singer is JJ Lin (the dude from Singapore), but I can also recommend Show Luo, Alien Huang, Yoga Lin and Chen Chusheng (and, actually, Han Geng, too).

You're closer to my age than most of the people on my bias list, so that already gives you bonus points in my book! And I totally agree with you about friending memes. I did that for the Sarah Jane Adventures fandom and felt awkward because I was old 4enough to be parents of some of these people. D: Though the girl who runds the cpop tumblr I follow is in her teens, she's kind of adorable.
I accidentally got my RL friend into it via Super Junior, but she's the ONLY person I can talk to about it, so we email constantly. But I have so much kpop love that I want to talk about it to everyone and that never ends well.

Though as much as I like Jung Il Woo, Kim Min Jong is probably the main reason I'm still watching it. He was the only character in Athena I liked and I adored him (and I cannot wait for A Gentlemen's Dignity because he's going to be in that and *waves hands*) ... also, he's older than me, which makes me like him even more.
